As a District Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving the success of Sur La Table by inspiring customers throughout their culinary journey. This position requires a strong blend of people development skills and operational acumen to achieve outstanding business results while cultivating a high-performing team. You will exercise discretion in task delegation and employment decisions, and you will be accountable for the customer experience, team development, store operations, and financial performance across a multi-store district (8+ locations) and an additional Area Manager. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Stores.
Your primary base of operations will be located in a major city within the district.
