Your Role: As the Quality Assurance Director, reporting to the Senior QA Director (EU), you will be integral in designing, developing, and enhancing our testing framework for one of our Vertical Group clusters in Sevilla, specifically supporting Monopoly GO!. You will lead both internal and external QA teams, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization. Your contributions will be essential in evolving our methodologies and driving success. Lead the design and implementation of the Vertical Group's testing framework and QA strategy, ensuring continuous improvement within a dynamic environment. Assist in the strategic planning and structuring of QA resources, providing insights for the annual operating plan based on project needs and long-term objectives. Recruit, mentor, and support the QA leadership team for Monopoly GO!, enhancing all aspects of the project. Foster a "Culture of Quality" by reinforcing quality pillars and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality at every development stage. Oversee the development and refinement of team metrics to assess quality and operational performance, driving excellence across QA and the broader development team. Collaborate with external QA vendors to set expectations, track key performance indicators, and maintain consistent performance standards. Based in London, Madrid, or Sevilla, this senior position shapes the O&M strategy across multiple regions, asset types, and client portfolios. Key Responsibilities Set and maintain global engineering standards for O&M activities. Develop and refine the O&M strategy to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery through third-party partners. Maximize asset value by ensuring O&M spending drives performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability. Act as the strategic lead for O&M partnerships: build strong relationships, define expectations, and manage provider performance. Oversee asset performance, availability, and compliance, focusing on risk mitigation and robust governance. Use operational data and insights to inform future asset design, construction, and investment decisions. Serve as WiseEnergy’s senior technical authority for operational assets. Work closely with WiseEnergy’s senior leadership and the broader NextEnergy Group to strengthen engineering capabilities and deliver quality service to clients and fund managers.
