1. Product Planning and Definition:
Responsible for the mid- to long-term technology and product roadmap planning for intelligent parking product lines (such as APA/RPA/HPA/AVP) and USS. Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis (including both emerging and traditional automotive manufacturers), and user research to accurately capture market needs, technology trends, and user experience pain points. Prepare comprehensive product requirement documents that clearly define functional scenarios, performance metrics (such as parking success rates, parking space recognition rates, takeover rates, parking speed), safety boundaries, and user experience standards.
2. Commercialization and Lifecycle Management:
Collaborate with project management and business teams to develop product launch strategies, pricing models, and delivery plans. Monitor key data metrics post-launch (feature usage rates, success rates, user feedback), perform in-depth analyses to drive rapid product iteration and optimization. Review and support product-related documentation (user manuals, promotional materials, technical white papers).
