As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist at AvePoint, you will play a pivotal role in managing, operating, and optimizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will ensure platform reliability, facilitate client training, evaluate technical feasibility for new initiatives, and foster ongoing enhancements in marketing automation and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Maintenance & Operations
- Guarantee the continuous availability, performance, and security of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and other SFMC components.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data synchronization, send failures, and integration discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement platform updates, patches, and resolve system bugs.
- Client Guidance & Enablement
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on SFMC functionalities and industry best practices.
- Assist clients in harnessing SFMC modules to meet their marketing goals (e.g., email personalization, journey automation).
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for client teams focused on campaign management and performance reporting.
- Convert client requirements into actionable SFMC capabilities and workflows.
- Feasibility Assessment & Solution Advisory
- Evaluate new marketing or integration requests for their technical feasibility within SFMC.
- Assess the compatibility of proposed solutions with existing data models, automation flows, and business rules.
- Provide stakeholders with effort estimations, solution alternatives, and highlight any constraints.
- Work alongside architects or developers to design scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Campaign Support & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights or recommendations for optimization.
- Documentation & Process Improvement
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
- Propose and implement strategies to enhance operational workflows and minimize manual overhead.
- Stay informed on new SFMC features and releases, advising clients on potential adoption.
