Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Business Growth: Formulate and execute strategies to increase DB Investing’s market share in Singapore.
Sales & Business Development: Direct sales efforts, secure new clients, and foster relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
IB & Partner Network: Utilize existing connections and recruit new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance market penetration.
Revenue Generation: Propel revenue growth by consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a highly effective local sales and business development team.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business operations adhere to local regulatory requirements.
Brand Awareness: Actively represent DB Investing at industry events, networking functions, and market discussions to elevate brand visibility.
