The Continuous Improvement Manager within the Customer Support Division is tasked with spearheading and nurturing the newly established Continuous Improvement Team (CIT). This team, composed of engineers, has a dual focus: to enhance operational excellence and to cultivate a succession pipeline for the existing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team at Changi Airport.
