Your Impact as a Project ManagerAs a Project Manager at Agidens, you will lead exciting automation projects from inception to completion. You will assume full responsibility for delivering projects on time, within budget, and with the desired profit margin. Your role will involve coordinating the entire process, from the handover from sales to the successful commissioning at the client's site. You will emphasize financial management and effective stakeholder engagement.In this position, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring everyone collaborates effectively to meet project goals. You will continuously monitor the schedule, capacity, and project margin, intervening promptly when risks arise. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying scope changes and additional work, which you will discuss with sales and the client.We are looking for a project manager who takes ownership of their projects, brings structure to complex technical processes, and drives towards predictable and healthy project outcomes.About AgidensAgidens is a leading system integrator specializing in process automation. We are currently seeking a technically skilled and dependable Mechatronic Technician to join our production department.Your RoleAs a Mechatronic Technician, you will be a vital part of our Technical Service Team. Working in a modern and highly automated production environment, you will ensure that the electrical and control systems of our production equipment operate reliably. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and quickly diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize production downtime.You will act as a key liaison between production, engineering, and external specialists, proactively contributing ideas for improvements in installations and processes.ResponsibilitiesConduct preventive and scheduled corrective maintenance on the electrical and control components of our production equipment, including PLC-controlled systems, sensors, actuators, motors, safety circuits, and robotics;Analyze, troubleshoot, and document electrical failures;Test, verify, and ensure the safety of installations following maintenance or repair work.
