Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to provide assistance on orders, product details, payments, and delivery updates.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints, processing returns and refunds as necessary.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Stay informed about product offerings, company policies, and promotions to offer accurate assistance.
- Provide management with insights and feedback to enhance customer service operations and drive customer satisfaction.
