About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Applied Intuition, you will collaborate closely with engineering leadership to design and implement effective hiring strategies aimed at attracting, evaluating, and securing top-tier software engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and execute innovative recruiting strategies to identify and onboard software and machine learning engineers.
- Engage with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to comprehend hiring needs, team structure, and long-term talent development strategies.
- Develop targeted sourcing campaigns to attract both general and specialized engineering talent.
- Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that evaluate technical proficiency, problem-solving capabilities, and alignment with Applied's core values.
- Enhance and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and support organizational growth.
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions.
