In this role, you will provide essential support to our customers and internal teams, including Consulting and Sales Engineering. Collaborating closely with Development and QA teams, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday, with rotational on-call duties during public holidays and weekends.
