What you will do
As a Business Development Manager for Taiwan, you will spearhead our international expansion efforts by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Taiwanese market. Reporting to our Regional Sales Director, you will oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach and cold calling to contract negotiations. In this role, you will serve as a consultant to our clients, crafting proposals that align with their needs while advancing Lighthouse’s commercial objectives. This is a position suited for a proactive individual who thrives on building a territory and fostering a feedback loop between the market and our Product Development team.
Where you will have impact
- Identify and secure new client opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking within industry groups across Taiwan.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, emphasizing outbound prospecting, including engaging with new prospects, delivering product demonstrations, and preparing customized proposals.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve sales targets and enhance local processes.
- Act as a liaison between the Taiwanese market and our internal Product teams by sharing client insights.
- Identify and close opportunities for upselling within our existing client base.
- Participate in industry conferences and organize regional roadshows to elevate our presence in the APAC region.
