About the Role
The Bank of Georgia is looking for a Loyalty Program Manager to join the Loyalty Program Management Department in Tbilisi. The PLUS loyalty program sits at the heart of the bank’s effort to build lasting customer relationships. This role focuses on growing the program’s impact through merchant partnerships, campaign management, and ongoing program improvements.
Main Responsibilities
- Merchant Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants. Understand their goals and identify new ways for them to participate in the loyalty program.
- Campaign and Offer Management: Plan, launch, and manage loyalty campaigns and special promotions with merchants. Ensure these campaigns deliver clear value to both merchants and customers.
- Strategic Initiatives: Design and implement projects that strengthen the loyalty program, drive customer engagement, and encourage greater merchant participation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Corporate Bankers, and other teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and achieve their goals.
- Performance Analysis: Review metrics and feedback to refine offers and maintain strong engagement from both customers and merchants.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek new approaches to evolve the loyalty program and respond to changing customer needs.
