You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to transform complex business challenges into efficient, smart solutions that empower our clients’ decision-making processes.What You’ll DoOversee the complete lifecycle of designing and implementing AI features at Hypercore, from initial concept to architecture, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.Collaborate with product and design teams to identify user needs and AI-driven opportunities.Develop and scale MCP servers and clients for robust enterprise-grade AI services.Construct and maintain core backend services utilizing Node.js, GraphQL, and MySQL.What We’re Looking ForA minimum of 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience.Extensive experience with Node.js, GraphQL, React, and MySQL in production environments.Proficiency in AWS deployment, monitoring, and automation practices.Experience with integrating third-party APIs and handling structured and unstructured data.Familiarity with large language model APIs is highly advantageous.Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.Bonus PointsHands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).Experience in workflow automation, analytics, or financial technology.Prior experience in a startup or high-growth software company.Exposure to data engineering and ETL processes.
