You will lead a team responsible for monitoring CCTV, access control, and alarm systems across Carvana sites nationwide, managing emergency phone lines, and supporting on-site Safe and Secure Associates in incident responses. Your leadership will guide team members in recognizing incidents that could jeopardize our sites, employees, or brand, while providing them with the coaching needed to assess impacts and respond effectively.
