About the Role:
- The successful candidate will proactively seek and engage potential customer prospects, offering complete and tailored solutions to both new and existing accounts to drive revenue growth, enhance customer acquisition, and increase profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and secure both long-term and short-term B2B business opportunities.
- Develop new business relationships within existing and new customer bases according to the sales strategy.
- Ensure client retention by meeting ongoing customer expectations.
- Manage daily sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, and market development.
- Support the service team by providing valuable customer feedback.
- Foster strong client relationships.
- Assist with debt collection when necessary.
- Oversee the sales team.
Key Result Areas:
- Achieve a Gross Monthly Revenue Target of INR 150,000/200,000/250,000.
- Secure 2 new accounts per month.
- Successful collections for the first three months of newly acquired business.
- Enhance client retention and effectively handle complaints.
- Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environmental guidelines.
Requirements
Competencies (Essential Skills):
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills with clients.
- Proven track record in achieving targets.
- Familiarity with computer applications.
Educational Qualification / Other Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Any stream) / Postgraduate.
- Required Experience: 3-5 years.
- Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid license.
