About The Role:
We are seeking a Professional Services Solutions Consultant to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. The Professional Services team is committed to helping our clients unlock the full potential of Notion. By partnering with organizations, we transform workflows, enhance process efficiency, drive adoption, and integrate Notion AI and Agents as powerful tools for productivity. Collaborating closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and strategic partners, we convert business challenges into customized Notion solutions that enhance productivity and generate significant results.
In this role, you will be an integral member of our expanding global professional services team, focusing on both pre-sales (such as scoping and selling professional services engagements) and post-sales (including engagement delivery). You will also work closely with our delivery partners within the region. As Notion grows, we aim to equip our clients with the necessary resources for successful technology adoption at every stage of their journey, onboarding, implementation, growth, and optimization. Our professional services team is essential to achieving that goal.
As the Solutions Consultant, you will be part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, reporting to the Professional Services Lead for Japan. You will collaborate with other leaders on Notion’s GTM team across the APAC region, as well as cross-functional teams, in developing our professional services strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass all phases of the customer lifecycle, from scoping and delivering engagements to managing operational processes such as KPIs and reporting.
Our ideal candidate is a builder at heart. You should have experience in establishing new functions and developing client-services capabilities independently. Familiarity with partner ecosystems and the ability to scope and deliver engagements while we enhance our services capacity is essential.
