As part of the ALTEN group, we leverage our international expertise to enhance the operational efficiency and technical excellence of our clients.We are currently seeking a Plan For Every Part (PFEP) Engineer to join a strategic project, supporting the creation, management, and optimization of the Material Flow Plan of Record (POR) throughout the program.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the Material Flow Plan of Record, including delivery assignments, internal routes, and flow from the dock to the production line.Conduct material flow analyses: inbound delivery methods, dock and trailer analyses, gate capacity studies, storage allocation, and trailer pack-outs.Ensure the PFEP information is up-to-date, including containers, scrolls, min/max levels, supplier data, and transportation details.Define internal delivery methods such as forklifts, AGCs, conveyors, small-lot deliveries, and over-the-road transport.Execute simulations, congestion analyses, density reviews, and evaluate flow scenarios.Maintain records of open issues, checklists, Kaizen Journals, routes, dock information, and storage details.Support change management processes related to containers, scrolls, routes, and updates to the POR.Prepare and monitor KPIs related to FIFO, Fork-Free operations, dock utilization, storage utilization, kits, and sequenced parts.
