As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Omnichannel Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven healthcare marketing initiatives. Your expertise will help translate the needs of clients and stakeholders into precise requirements, comprehensive solution plans, and detailed delivery documentation. This role involves collaboration with various teams including Strategy, Client Services, Project Management, Technology, QA, Analytics, Media, and CRM, ensuring the successful execution of omnichannel campaigns and digital programs. Your success will be evaluated based on the clarity of requirements, the effectiveness of the solution approach, and the dependable support provided throughout project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive business requirements documentation for CRM, data integrations, direct marketing, campaign operations, and omnichannel initiatives.
Collaborate with Technology, QA, Analytics, Media, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment of requirements with testing plans, data tracking, KPIs, and project timelines.
Lead discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to capture business needs, define requirements, outline business rules, and clarify project scope, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
Assist in solution design by documenting workflows, campaign journeys, data requirements, platform considerations, and operational impacts related to marketing technology initiatives.
Draft both functional and non-functional requirements, focusing on data handling, reporting, consent management, compliance, and operational aspects.
Ensure traceability between requirements and deliverables including solution documentation, test plans, stakeholder feedback, and final outputs.
Facilitate requirement reviews with clients and internal teams to confirm understanding, address gaps, and support the approval process.
Enhance delivery support by clarifying requirements, evaluating change impacts, documenting updates, and assisting teams in making informed decisions.
Develop subject matter expertise across assigned client ecosystems, covering data sources, campaign operations, platform workflows, and omnichannel requirements.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to elevate documentation quality, streamline analysis, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance team collaboration.
