POSITION SUMMARY:
The Media Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in managing client budgets and media purchases within our media system. This position serves as a key liaison among the media planning and buying teams, the Initiative finance team, and the client's Finance & Marketing Operations team. The individual in this role will be recognized as the subject matter expert for data entry, maintenance, and accuracy for their assigned account. Responsibilities include overseeing client and vendor billings and reconciling these with the Initiative finance team to ensure timely management of accounts payable.
This position involves regular interaction and collaboration with the media team, Initiative finance team, Interpublic’s Shared Services team, and media vendors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism in their interactions and communications.
