Role Overview: Product Solutions Lead
The Product Solutions Lead brings together technical skill, customer understanding, and team leadership. This person serves as a subject matter expert for EliseAI’s product suite and leads a group of 3–5 Product Solutions Analysts.
Key parts of the role include managing technical investigations, keeping communication with customers clear and responsive, and ensuring high standards across the team. The position calls for strong analytical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to help team members grow.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the main escalation point for product-related issues, analyzing complex technical problems (including SQL, logs, and APIs) and identifying root causes that affect business results.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and provide input on strategic product decisions.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 3–5 Product Solutions Analysts, offering real-time guidance and constructive feedback.
- Manage onboarding for new team members and oversee ongoing training to build product and technical expertise.
