Transactional Operations Manager - Americas

About the Role
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Transactional Operations Manager to oversee our transactional operations within the Americas time zone.
This senior, hands-on leadership position is accountable for ensuring the quality, efficiency, and reliability of operations across three main areas: Customer Operations, Customer Payments, and Lending Operations.
Ebury's Transactional Operations team operates under a 24/5 "follow-the-sun" model. As the operational lead for the Americas, you will uphold high service standards, manage incidents, and act as the primary liaison for commercial teams throughout North and South America. This role necessitates a combination of strategic vision and a readiness to address complex payment or client challenges.
