Your mission will be to deliver high-performing pages, increase conversion rates, and ensure every visitor enjoys a fast, engaging, and visually stunning experience.Key Responsibilities1) Website Development & Execution- Design, develop, and maintain landing pages and core website experiences utilizing WordPress and Elementor.- Convert wireframes and Figma designs into fully functional, responsive web pages with pixel-perfect accuracy.- Oversee a streamlined page production system, generating 50–200 new pages annually across various industries and offers.- Collaborate with Creative, Copy, and SEO teams to maintain brand consistency, align messaging, and uphold performance standards.2) Conversion Rate Optimization- Lead the CRO testing pipeline by conducting A/B tests on copy, layouts, CTAs, and offers to continuously enhance lead-to-deal conversion rates.- Analyze site performance metrics (CPL, CVR, bounce rates, form drop-off) and proactively suggest improvements.- Execute and evaluate experiments using GA4, Hotjar, and other CRO tools like VWO or Convert.com.3) Analytics & Tagging- Implement and maintain precise event tracking through Google Tag Manager and GA4.- Ensure QA for new pages to verify tag firing, conversion pixel accuracy, and UTM consistency.- Partner with Marketing Ops to guarantee clean data flows into CRM, data platforms, and dashboards.4) Design & User Experience- Work directly in Figma to refine high-converting layouts.- Enhance clarity, visual appeal, and conversion metrics. A solid understanding of conversion principles and visual design patterns that drive conversions is highly desirable.
