We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at Veolia Environnement in Tuen Mun. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently while executing daily quantity surveying and commercial functions. Oversee and mentor Project Surveyors, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager in relation to large-scale infrastructure projects for waste landfill operations.Responsible for drafting main contracts, evaluating Employer’s Change Orders, and preparing contract budgets and cost forecasts.Prepare and analyze subcontract tender inquiries, ensuring compliance with the company's procedures and systems for effective subcontract administration.Conduct assessments and negotiations regarding subcontractors' variations, interim payments, claims, and final accounts.Collaborate with the Engineering / Site Team and Procurement Team to investigate variation and claim issues, facilitating the preparation of contractual correspondence by the Commercial Manager.Undertake additional commercial tasks as assigned by the Commercial Manager.Generate weekly and monthly reports to track project progress and financial status.
