Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Swedish and English speaking customers through email, chat, and phone
- Collaborating with your team to drive customer satisfaction and meet KPIs
- Translating promotional content and customer surveys into your local language
- Managing customer accounts
- Adhering to company policies related to player safety and responsible gaming

Qualifications
You should be proficient in:
- Effective written and verbal communication in both Swedish and English
- Microsoft Office suite
- Customer service, whether face-to-face, online, or via phone
- Time management and multitasking
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the iGaming industry
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
