Main Responsibilities Monitor integrations with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), troubleshoot issues, and analyze data to identify trends or problems. Work with product and engineering teams to keep the platform running smoothly and efficiently. Use tools such as SQL to analyze log-level data and support operational improvements. Communicate with SSP partners, respond to operational questions, and prepare insights for partner meetings. Document processes and help coordinate efforts between internal and external stakeholders. Assist with evaluating and onboarding new partners, reviewing inventory quality, checking for duplication, and maintaining accurate records of supply integrations. Monitor compliance with privacy rules and brand safety standards, including restricted verticals, and support enforcement with legal and policy teams. Support invoice validation, revenue reconciliation, and investigate billing discrepancies through data analysis and teamwork across departments. Desired Qualifications Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; experience with SQL or similar querying tools is a plus. Clear communicator who works well across technical, business, and partner-facing teams. Self-motivated and comfortable collaborating with distributed teams, including remote work.
