Experience working within a multi-disciplinary operations team (e.g., Facilities, IT, Finance, HR, Recruitment, Legal). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences across the studio. Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering effective partnerships in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills, with a track record of overcoming challenges and removing obstacles to ensure project success. Additional qualifications as needed.
