The Federal Major Account Manager role is dedicated to our Civilian Agency practice, playing a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with both customers and partners, aimed at achieving vertical and horizontal growth. You will craft a measurable three-year business plan designed to enhance our FED Sales revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply your extensive Federal Sales expertise to spearhead sales strategies that meet revenue targets within various Civilian Agencies such as DOE, FAA, IRS, DHS, and HHS.
- Conduct consultative selling and solution development to effectively meet the unique needs of Federal customers while orchestrating resources across sales operations, service, and management to achieve account performance goals.
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across the entirety of the Arista product range, including high-performance Data Center Campus and AI Networking platforms, as well as Arista Cloud Vision for network automation and telemetry.
- Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned agencies.
- Create and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with partner managers and the sales engineering team.
- Generate customer demand through thorough pre-engagement planning, research, and solution alignment with agency missions.
- Align year one to year three business priorities within a designated account territory.
- Develop a marketing strategy that complements named accounts and territory.
