Practice Overview: • Full-time: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or part-time options available.• No call and no weekend clinical responsibilities.• Physicians provide modern wound management in post-acute care settings like Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time roles require 4-5 days per week.• This is a mobile practice, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40 – 60 mile radius.• Our physicians visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients.• Clinical documentation is done at the point of care in real-time using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.• Paid training is included during onboarding, along with a 6-month wound care fellowship.
