This means your role may evolve to accommodate these changes.Important Note: Due to security protocols required by our clients, this position is exclusively available for New Zealand Citizens and/or Permanent Residents who have resided in New Zealand for at least five consecutive years.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site support to multiple clients across various locations (a valid New Zealand driver's license and personal vehicle may be necessary).Act as the primary liaison with customers on both administrative and technical matters related to assigned projects.Build and support end-user devices such as PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, mobiles, and tablets.Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.Support Windows desktop and server environments as well as networking solutions.Foster productive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.Engage in a variety of field support tasks beyond system hardware and software, including networking and wireless networking.Facilitate user onboarding/offboarding, including account management in Active Directory and mailbox migrations from on-premises to Exchange Online.Create and manage guest user accounts in the Entra admin center.Develop and manage distribution lists, user mailboxes, and shared mailboxes in both online and on-premises Exchange environments.Assist in creating and managing Teams sites within SharePoint workspaces.Provide support for Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and OneDrive.Oversee device lifecycle management using Intune Autopilot or USB methods when necessary.Install applications, manage user permissions, and assign licenses accordingly.Support mobile devices, including account setup and asset management.Assist with the Papercut printing system.Provide deskside support for hardware peripherals.Facilitate support for Teams meeting rooms.General support for all client-related IT needs.
