This role is hands-on and central to the daily function of the pharmacy, with a focus on stock accuracy, availability, and process improvement in a regulated healthcare setting. Role Overview This position works closely with pharmacy, warehouse, and supply chain teams to keep inventory running smoothly. The Pharmacy Inventory Manager will help shape processes as the operation grows, while keeping compliance and efficiency at the forefront. Main Responsibilities Lead all aspects of pharmacy inventory management, including distinct oversight of the warehouse. Handle daily inventory tasks: ordering, tracking, and performing stock counts. Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across multiple systems. Plan and coordinate stock transfers between the pharmacy and warehouse. Work closely with dispensers and picking teams to ensure smooth handovers. Develop and manage reporting tools to improve tracking and support decision-making. Organize inventory flow to support business growth and operational scaling. Assist with inventory planning to meet demand and avoid shortages. Requirements Experience managing inventory in a large-scale or busy environment (such as healthcare, pharmacy, or logistics). Practical, hands-on approach with strong process control skills. Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all tasks. Familiarity with inventory management systems, reporting tools, and spreadsheets. Ability to collaborate across operations, warehouse, and clinical teams. Comfort working within a regulated healthcare environment.
