Your Role:
As a Lead Algorithm and Signal Processing Engineer, you will spearhead the development of state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques aimed at enhancing sense making and sensor decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from signal detection and classification to electronic support measures, cognitive electronic warfare, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative signal processing and machine learning techniques to address complex radar and RF sensing challenges.
- Create and execute models and simulations for advanced RF systems.
- Lead small teams and manage projects effectively.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to deploy cutting-edge capabilities in prototype systems.
Your Qualifications:
- Must possess the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance, requiring U. S. citizenship as mandated by the U. S. Government.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5-7+ years of relevant work experience, depending on educational qualifications (7 years for BS, 5 years for MS).
- Expertise in two or more of the following areas: RF/radar signal processing, optimization, waveform design, electronic warfare, machine learning, adaptive signal processing, AI/ML algorithm development, test & evaluation, model & simulation, systems engineering, test engineering, radar modeling, or RF systems prototyping.
- Proficiency in scientific or mathematical programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, or C/C++.
- Strong mathematical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of an active security clearance.
