Your work will involve analyzing complex datasets, developing state-of-the-art algorithmic solutions, and addressing high-impact, unique challenges facing our clients. Please note that this position is primarily based in our Woburn, MA office. Ideal Candidate Profile: Must possess an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility, requiring U.S. citizenship. Master’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with at least 5 years of experience (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline such as applied mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or data science. Proven experience in building neural networks using popular deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow), including the implementation of new layers, network architectures, model training, hyperparameter optimization, and ablation studies. Demonstrated ability to adapt novel machine learning techniques from academic literature to new datasets and problems. Familiarity with standard data science libraries such as scikit-learn, Pandas, and Matplotlib. Proficient in one or more programming languages, including Python and C/C++. Able to collaborate effectively within and lead multi-disciplinary teams. Strong communication skills to convey the technical foundations of models and algorithms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
