Our team consists of experts in artificial intelligence and top-tier hardware and software development, dedicated to providing transformative solutions to a wide spectrum of users, including utility inspectors, emergency responders, and defense personnel.Role Overview:We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) – EMEA (MoD/ MoI) to spearhead strategic growth initiatives across various government sectors including Ministries of Defense and Internal Affairs, Armed Forces, national police, and border security agencies throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a dedicated portfolio of defense and internal security accounts, fostering strong relationships with operational commands, procurement authorities, civil protection leaders, innovation units, and executive stakeholders. Your mission will be to facilitate the critical adoption of Skydio’s autonomous UAS solutions for a range of applications including ISR, force protection, border security, counter-UAS operations, disaster response, public safety, and critical infrastructure protection.You will navigate complex, multi-country government procurement processes, adeptly managing framework agreements, security compliance requirements, and multi-year acquisition cycles. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance Skydio’s presence as a trusted partner in autonomy, supporting national defense and internal security missions across the EMEA region.Location Requirements: This role must be based in Switzerland, Germany, or Finland.Key Responsibilities:Cultivate new business opportunities across Ministries of Defence, Ministries of Interior, Armed Forces, national police, gendarmerie forces, and civil protection agencies.Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with national security, modernization, and public safety priorities.Create territory plans that target defense modernization initiatives, internal security technology upgrades, and national UAS enablement programs.Maintain a robust sales pipeline consistent with public-sector procurement cycles, achieving or surpassing annual and multi-year revenue targets.Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer missions across military ISR, force protection, and law enforcement tactical operations.
