Make Your Mark in a Rapidly Growing Fintech Company
BILL is expanding our Go-To-Market Enablement team to enhance the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of our GTM (Go-To-Market) organization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. As a Sales Methodology Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in how our revenue teams learn, practice, and implement our innovative Sales Methodology in their daily operations.
Positioned within our broader GTM Enablement team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and RevOps to translate our methodology into consistent, high-quality customer engagements and deal execution. Your emphasis will be on live delivery, coaching, and reinforcement, bringing the methodology to life in a real, practical, and immediately applicable manner for both sellers and front-line managers.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver impactful Sales Methodology training to diverse GTM audiences (BDRs, AEs, Account Managers, Customer Success, and front-line managers), both virtually and in-person, bringing concepts to life through real examples, stories, and interactive exercises.
- Facilitate practice sessions, role plays, and certifications that empower sellers to transition from merely “knowing” the methodology to confidently applying it in discovery calls, deal strategy, and closing discussions.
