Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance supervision. Demonstrated experience working on projects in Riyadh is required. Strong technical expertise in building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and furniture maintenance. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities. Proficient in managing multiple maintenance priorities effectively. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.

As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the upkeep and functionality of all company facilities, systems, and equipment. This position calls for a proactive and technically adept individual who can efficiently oversee maintenance operations, lead a dedicated team of technicians, and ensure that all facilities are maintained at the highest operational standards.

We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in projects within Riyadh, who brings essential technical knowledge and on-site maintenance skills to enhance the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all maintenance activities across company facilities including offices, furniture, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Oversee office arrangements, setups, and furnishings to ensure all areas are functional and well-maintained.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and laborers, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems and assets.
  • Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and oversee timely, quality repairs.
  • Source and collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for maintenance projects and office renovations.
  • Effectively manage maintenance budgets, inventory of spare parts, materials, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Support facility enhancements, office expansions, renovations, and improvement initiatives.
