About the Role:
As a Field-Based Account Manager reporting to the Manager of the Accounts Team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and revenue growth within the vibrant restaurant sector of London.
You will stay attuned to the local restaurant landscape, engaging proactively with our restaurant partners. Your innovative approach will help overcome customer challenges while offering fresh perspectives that challenge the status quo. The ideal candidate will be naturally positive, resilient under pressure, highly organized, and a go-to resource for insight and collaboration.
This position offers a hybrid work setup, allowing you to balance home working with field visits to restaurant partners across London. We are seeking a candidate who is based locally.
