**Main Responsibilities**Upon joining, you will be expected to handle multiple tasks based on your interests and experience. Please note that accounting tasks related to financial closing are managed by a separate team.**Investor Relations (IR)**Manage various disclosure documents such as timely disclosures and interim reports.Prepare for quarterly financial results, including creating presentation materials and planning and executing financial briefing sessions.Engage in IR activities such as arranging one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and analysts, as well as organizing seminars for individual and institutional investors.Formulate and execute the IR strategy.**Business Planning**Develop and update business plans along with various simulations.Conduct financial analyses based on these plans, including profitability assessments and financial impact estimations of projects.Perform monthly variance analysis.**IR Group Team Background**The IR group comprises three members, including a manager, with diverse backgrounds from major banks, listed/non-listed startups, and prime market listed companies.Team age range: late 20s to 30s.There are ample opportunities for collaboration with the Finance group.
