Role overview
The Field Clinical Representative (Boston, MA) provides technical and clinical support for Inspire’s therapy and products. This remote position focuses on ensuring successful procedures and positive outcomes by working closely with customers, physicians, clinic staff, and Inspire field teams throughout the Boston area.
What you will do
- Support implant procedures and device activations by offering technical expertise
- Maintain required credentials for access to assigned hospitals and clinics
- Educate and guide clinical staff in the region on Inspire’s technology
- Follow up after training, including procedural reviews and in-service support
- Troubleshoot devices for customers as needed
- Work with sales teams to deliver training and support for targeted customers
- Share scientific and clinical information with customers and sales teams
- Contribute technical knowledge to regional education and training events
- Stay current with scientific literature and clinical best practices related to Inspire’s products
