The Team
Join our dynamic GTM Enablement team, a pivotal force in empowering Datadog’s Sales and Customer Success teams. We equip our teams with the essential skills, knowledge, and tools they need to excel, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure that our enablement programs translate into tangible results in the field.
This position is crucial as Datadog expands its footprint in Latin America. As our first Field Enablement Manager in LATAM, you will play a key role in shaping local enablement strategies while maintaining strong ties with our global enablement framework.
The Opportunity
With Datadog’s rapid growth in Latin America, we're seeking an experienced Field Enablement Manager to drive our initiatives. This role will focus on providing continuous ramping and everboarding support specifically for our Sales and Customer Success teams in Brazil and Mexico.
You will also assist Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking sales professionals based in North America who engage with LATAM clients. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure that global enablement strategies are effectively tailored to the local context, considering language, cultural nuances, sales approaches, and market dynamics.
This position is perfect for someone who excels as an independent operator, fosters strong field relationships, and enjoys customizing enablement programs to fit regional requirements while aligning with global best practices. You will report to our global Field Enablement team based in New York City and collaborate with Field Enablement Managers across all regions and segments.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct both live and virtual enablement sessions focused on ongoing ramping and everboarding for Sales and Customer Success teams across LATAM.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders in Brazil and Mexico to identify performance needs and deliver targeted enablement solutions.
- Support Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking sellers in North America who cater to LATAM clients.
- Localize and adapt globally developed enablement programs to ensure they are relevant to local language, culture, market context, and regional sales tactics.
