Lightspeed is in search of a dynamic and collaborative Field Sales Account Executive to become a part of our expanding EMEA Hospitality team. Operating from London, you will be instrumental in fostering robust relationships throughout your region, assisting hospitality businesses in identifying optimal solutions, and guiding them through their entire journey with Lightspeed, from initial discussions to establishing long-term partnerships.

Our Hospitality team is scaling up to accommodate rising demand. Having refined our strategies on a smaller scale, we are now thrilled to enhance our team and broaden our impact.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the London hospitality sector to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Utilize market research and insights to develop effective territory sales strategies.

  • Connect with prospective clients through proactive in-person meetings, outreach, and customized presentations to transform them into loyal customers.

  • Approach your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

  • Assist clients from needs assessment and solution design through to proposals, contract negotiations, and seamless onboarding.

  • Present engaging demonstrations of Lightspeed’s POS and hospitality technology offerings.

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data to enhance reporting and forecasting processes.

  • Initiate outbound efforts and participate in industry events to generate qualified leads.

  • Provide constructive customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and meet collective goals.

Additionally:

  • Contribute significantly to the wider team to achieve organizational objectives, even if it requires stepping outside the boundaries of your primary role.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Field Sales and Outbound Sales, preferably within technology, SaaS, or the hospitality sector.

  • Thorough understanding of the hospitality industry, encompassing various segments (restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels).
