We are currently seeking a motivated intern to become a part of our People & Operations team in Brussels.

About the Role

This internship is designed for students in their final or second-to-last year of study in Business Administration & Management or a related discipline. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a small, experienced team, actively participating in Finance, HR, and Administration tasks. From day one, you will be involved in real projects that have both short- and long-term impacts, rather than simply observing from the sidelines.

The internship duration is a minimum of 3 months, with a preference for 6 months. We offer flexibility regarding start dates, with the ideal commencement being in May. The position is based in our Brussels office, with options for remote work available a few days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Billing: Generate, send, and follow up on invoices.

  • Finance & Accounting: Assist with monthly reporting and help automate recurring financial processes.

  • HR: Aid in the implementation of new payroll tools and workflows.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement productivity enhancements within the team.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments in a global organization.
