Your Role
We are in search of a Finance Manager to enhance our Financial Control team at Ramp. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting while supporting compliance with both local and international regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to high-quality outcomes, and has the ability to collaborate across teams or work independently when needed. This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate and timely preparation of month-end financial reports.
- Manage and monitor group-wide cash flow efficiently.
- Conduct reconciliations and prepare accounting entries.
- Ensure adherence to all tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve individual and departmental finance goals.
- Coordinate with local and group auditors to fulfill audit requests.
- Supervise the accounts payable process and review the work of the AP Manager.
- Assist with ad hoc requests from the Group Head of Finance.
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of Polish accounting, tax, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
