Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst to be an integral part of our Finance Operations Team. This role is pivotal in managing and executing system and process change initiatives within our Finance Division.


This position is a fixed-term contract lasting 18 months.


Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across the Finance Operations Division and the broader organization.

  • Analyze payroll instruction requests and monitor monthly completion rates.

  • Prepare and update premium collection analysis across various services, employers, and policy types.

  • Support process improvement initiatives by providing accurate information, completing administrative tasks, and documenting changes.

  • Collaborate with Finance Operations team members to investigate and resolve cases of incorrect premium receipts.

  • Assist in reconciling premium transactions, verifying data, and addressing discrepancies.

  • Help coordinate monthly reports to identify and capture missed premiums, ensuring data completeness.

  • Perform additional administrative duties and support projects as necessary.


Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of organizational challenges.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and numerical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and provide regular updates to management.

  • Capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment while ensuring timely delivery.

  • Qualification as a Financial Advisor is a distinct advantage.
