We are in search of a Finance & People Manager who can ensure the smooth operation of our processes. We need someone who is detail-oriented with numbers and has a warm, engaging approach with colleagues. You will collaborate closely with the COO and the Management Team to optimize operations at Pacmed.

Role Expectations
In this role, you will balance your time between Finance and People & Culture. You will thrive in this position if you appreciate variety, ownership, and the flexibility to work in the manner that suits you best!
Finance & Administration
You will be responsible for monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and presenting results to the Management Team.
You will prepare cash flow and runway forecasts and proactively identify risks.
You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and developing assumptions and scenarios.
You will act as the financial advisor for our Management Team, translating data into actionable insights.
You will oversee people-related financial matters, including payroll, headcount, and personnel cost planning.
