Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Analysis: Lead revenue forecasting efforts, including annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting. Shape the narrative for board meetings and investor relations.
Unit Economics & Pricing: Conduct in-depth analyses of our gross margins and define customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (LTV) by segment. Collaborate with Sales and Product to refine pricing models for our Software and Services offerings, supporting the introduction of new products.
Capital Allocation: Execute thorough analyses on total addressable market (TAM), new product opportunities, partnerships, and M&A strategies to ensure optimal capital deployment towards high-leverage outcomes.
AI-Driven Forecasting: Move beyond traditional Excel updates by implementing AI-enhanced financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools/systems to automate variance analysis and rolling forecasts, enabling a focus on strategic initiatives rather than performance tracking.

Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of finance experience, encompassing strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, and buy-side investing, with a proven track record in forecasting and analytical decision-making within a high-growth environment.
Analytical Expertise: A natural model-builder with a knack for data-driven decision-making. High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is essential, and familiarity with SQL for data extraction is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Ability to distill complex financial data into compelling narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
