Role Overview - As a Forward Deployed Engineer - Agents, you will spearhead the comprehensive implementation of AI Virtual Agents and customer experience automation workflows for our clients. This role is highly technical and customer-facing, where you will convert business requirements into production-ready agent deployments that drive significant results, including containment rates, resolution speed, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to establish success metrics, execute builds, and influence the development of Level AI’s agentic platform based on real-world feedback. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in dynamic environments, enjoy delivering customer-centric technical solutions, and strike a balance between hands-on execution and structured problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities 
- Take ownership of the complete execution of AI agent deployments from initial discovery and scoping to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Design and configure agent workflows, decision logic, and automation behaviors to enhance accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.
- Establish guardrails and validation frameworks to ensure safe, compliant, and predictable agent performance.
- Develop, test, and validate integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing, telephony, and data platforms).
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders from customer organizations to define success criteria, collect requirements, and meet project timelines.
- Convert customer needs into effective deployment strategies that drive impact.
