About You As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will collaborate with manufacturers to design, build, and implement solutions using Tulip's Frontline Operations Platform. Your role will involve bridging solution engineering, manufacturing operations, and customer success, transforming real-world shop-floor challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will work closely with clients at their facilities to swiftly deploy applications, integrations, and workflows that enhance quality, productivity, and traceability across manufacturing operations. What Skills or Experience Do I Need? 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial software, or technology-focused manufacturing roles, including 4+ years in customer-facing or consulting positions. Practical experience with Operations Technology — including MES, ERP, quality, or production systems — encompassing architecture and implementation.

This position is fully remote within the US, with approximately 50% of the time spent onsite at customer locations across North America.
