Your Impact:
As a Forward-Deployed Product Manager (FDPM), you will be at the cutting edge of Normal's product development. You will work closely with our key semiconductor partners, ensuring the success of Normal's products within their operations. This role encompasses the entire journey, from identifying initial use cases to facilitating widespread adoption and influencing the future of Normal’s product offerings. The solutions you create will reach every Normal customer globally.
Your collaboration will extend to senior leadership teams of the world’s most influential companies, allowing you to operate with significant autonomy, backed by Normal’s extensive resources and relationships.
You are adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders, from strategic conversations with senior executives to detailed discussions with engineers. Having successfully launched products that achieved tangible adoption and outcomes, you are driven to expand your impact on more significant challenges at a larger scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product initiatives for our essential customers. Own product success throughout the engagement lifecycle, from initial discovery to large-scale production adoption, ensuring the Normal EDA platform becomes integral to chip design processes and generates measurable results.
Act as a trusted advisor. Cultivate trust within our customer organizations, not merely as a vendor, but as a key partner who comprehends their business needs deeply to build tailored solutions. You will articulate and deliver the product vision for Normal within their context.
Drive opportunity identification. Approach each engagement with insightful perspectives rather than just questions. Analyze customer operations, pinpoint where Normal EDA can significantly enhance outcomes, and convert those insights into actionable product hypotheses. Define new use cases and collaborate closely with our engineering team to materialize validated hypotheses into functional product features.
Influence Normal’s product roadmap. Transform customer insights into structured product directions and priorities. Differentiate between unique constraints and systemic opportunities, directly influencing how Normal EDA evolves to meet market demands.
