About the Role

We are seeking a talented Founders Associate to collaborate closely with our CTO. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional assistant duties; it demands a high level of trust and responsibility. The ideal candidate will work alongside a deeply technical leader, driving execution in a rapidly expanding engineering organization while gaining respect from a talented team of developers, quants, and operators. This role entails assisting the CTO in leading a ~25-person development team and engaging in work that necessitates sound judgment, technical fluency, and intensity.

Key Responsibilities:
