The next step for Olelo’s growth is scaling operations, and onboarding is the current bottleneck to unlock further expansion.
Role Overview: Founding Customer Success Manager, Onboarding
This is Olelo’s first Customer Success Manager hire, focused on onboarding. The role centers on building and owning the onboarding experience for new customers. Success in this position will directly impact company revenue and help Olelo grow from hundreds to thousands of customers. The work goes beyond typical SaaS customer success: it means connecting with hands-on, blue-collar business owners, understanding their needs, and creating a repeatable onboarding playbook for scale.
What You Will Do
Design, Build, and Own Onboarding
- Create scalable onboarding processes from scratch.
- Spot and remove manual steps that slow down customer activation.
- Develop clear documentation, workflows, and playbooks for others to use.
- Track and improve how quickly new customers see value from Olelo’s product.
Drive Feature Activation and Adoption
- Guide customers through setup and configuration.
- Help customers turn on key features that boost retention and satisfaction.
- Find and resolve issues that block full product adoption.
- Build relationships with customers who can advocate for Olelo within their networks.
Relationship Management
- Build strong connections with automotive shop owners and managers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, not just a support contact.
- Understand each customer’s business challenges and offer tailored solutions.
